How does the voucher work?
Here's how it works:
- Place your order with the desired amount. (Your eGift Card will be sent to you by email shortly after we receive your order.)
- Open this email and click on “View eGift Card”
- Optionally add a name and a personal note.
- To redeem the eGift Card, copy the code and paste it at checkout. If it's a gift, you can also save it as a PDF. & forward or print.

The voucher is sent immediately via email and can easily be printed or forwarded directly. Perfect for last-minute gifts or for anyone who wants to give maximum flexibility.

How quickly will I receive my voucher?
You will automatically receive your voucher via email shortly after purchase.
Can I personalize the voucher?
The card itself cannot be personalized, but you can add a personal message of up to 200 characters.
Does the voucher have an expiry date?
Yes, it is valid for a full 3 years from the date of purchase.
What do I do if I haven't received my voucher?
First, check your spam folder. If you haven't received anything after 24 hours, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
How do you redeem the voucher?
Simply enter the voucher code in your shopping cart, and the amount will be automatically deducted. That's it. If the order value is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be retained and can be used for your next order.
Can I return or exchange the voucher?
With this gift voucher, any perfume ordered can be returned within 30 days if it does not meet expectations. In this case, either a newly selected perfume will be sent or the amount will be credited as store credit.
A payout of the amount is not possible.
