Right of withdrawal & Satisfaction guarantee

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received for the returned items (including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 working days from the day on which the goods were received by us.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Returns must be made exclusively via DHL. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (z.B. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g., by letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Satisfaction guarantee (voluntary service)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all perfumes.

If you don't like a fragrance, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt – either for an exchange for another perfume of your choice or for a refund of the purchase price.

The return shipment must meet the following requirements:

    Return shipping exclusively via DHL

    The customer bears the return shipping costs.

    The fragrance must be in perfect condition (at least 90% full, no damaged bottle, no smeared label)

    The satisfaction guarantee form on our website must be fully completed and enclosed.

    The satisfaction guarantee can be applied a maximum of two times per order.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will either send you the new perfume or refund your money within 14 business days. We will cover the shipping costs for a replacement perfume.
Special features of the 3-for-2 promotion

If you use our 3-for-2 offer (buy 3 perfumes – pay for only 2), the following special regulations apply in the event of cancellation or claiming under the satisfaction guarantee:

    All 3 perfumes are returned: You will receive a full refund.

    If two perfumes are returned: You will receive a refund for one perfume (since you effectively purchased the one perfume you kept), or you can choose replacement fragrances under the satisfaction guarantee for the two returned perfumes.

    One perfume is returned: No refund will be issued, as with only two perfumes kept, the conditions of the 3-for-2 promotion are no longer met.However, you have the option to exchange the returned perfume for another of your choice – regardless of whether it was originally free or paid.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
