Finally shop for perfume online without risk - satisfied or new perfume
We know that buying perfume online can sometimes be difficult, especially since you can't smell our perfumes through your browser. To ensure you can shop with us worry-free, we've created our satisfaction guarantee!
All marked items from our online shop are subject to our Satisfaction guarantee. What does that mean for you?
It's very simple: If you're not satisfied with one of our perfumes, you can return it. within 30 days Return it to us upon receipt, even if you have already opened it. We will then send you a replacement. A free replacement fragrance of your choice to!
Here is all the information you need to know about our satisfaction guarantee:
• Valid for a maximum of 30 days after placing your order
• The satisfaction guarantee can be applied twice to two perfumes per order. If you have already exchanged something in your order, you can also exchange the already exchanged perfumes again.
• Not applicable to samples
• The perfume may be partially opened, but no more than 1/10 of the contents may have been used.
• Not applicable to a product that you have already received as a replacement.
• We can only restock products that we have in stock. Please check our shop to see if your replacement product is also in stock.
• The customer bears the shipping costs for the return shipment.
• We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement perfume.
• After your return arrives, we will send you your new perfume within 5 business days.
Return rules for the 4 for 2 promotion:
• If you 1 Perfume If you return the item(s): Your order will then only consist of 3 perfumes and will therefore no longer qualify for the "4 for 2" promotion. A refund is therefore unfortunately not possible.
• If you 2 perfumes If you return one item: We can refund you for one perfume. Your order will then automatically become a "3 for 2" order.
• If you 3 perfumes If you return it: We can also refund you for one perfume. In the end, you'll simply have to pay for a single purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with a perfume, you can make use of our guarantee as follows:
• Abundance this note Unpack it and place it in your return package along with the original packing list. (Important: Without a correctly filled-out slip in the package, we cannot arrange a replacement delivery!)
• Send the package containing the product you wish to exchange and the completed form back to us (address on the form)
• Receive your free replacement delivery
Important information regarding returns for opened packages:
If you order a package and have already opened it, a standard return is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, everything is handled through our satisfaction guarantee. This ensures you are still protected and can receive a suitable solution.
